Dr. Bailey has been in private practice in Plano, TX since 2010. Since 2019, she has been working on a couple of special programs including a dry eye and aesthetics clinic (West Plano Aesthetics), a sensory program for athletes (Sports Vision Institute), and a clinic for the visually impaired (Low Vision Institute of Texas). She also is involved in international medical humanitarian work.
She attended Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) and the University of Houston College of Optometry (Go Coogs!). For 16 wonderful years she has been married to her college sweetheart Joel, who owns a corporate litigation firm Hedrick Kring Bailey. They have three unusually beautiful children Rhett, Tag, and Joanna, who attend Prestonwood Christian Academy and eventually will go to Texas A&M University (WHOOP!). They stay busy with sports, piano, school, and friends.
Helping vision impaired patients maximize remaining vision, treating dry eye, and sensory training for athletes are Dr. Bailey's professional passions.
Natalie Guerra has been an office administrator in the medical field since 2011. She has spent the majority of that time working with Dr. Bailey, at her private practice (2013-2020), and now at the Offices of Dr. Bailey (2022-present). She has also spent time working in ocular surgery.
Natalie attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX as well as Collin College. In her professional career, Natalie has served in a variety of roles including Receptionist, Ophthalmic Technician, Medical Billing, Human Resources, and Insurance Credentialing. She is a major "planner" and enjoys keeping things organized and schedules on track.
Natalie genuinely cares for her patients, and wants them to feel comfortable throughout their journey of achieving their skincare and wellness goals. She enjoys medical humanitarian work as well, alongside Dr. Bailey in Guatemala each year, and hopes to serve in more places in the future.
Of all the things that Natalie loves, at the top of the list is her three incredible children. She loves making memories with them and her husband, Randy, who she married in 2022. When she's not working or hanging out with the kids, she and her husband love to travel, attend sports events, and visit breweries and wineries around the country.
